Welcome to LearnByAi. By accessing our platform or using our document analysis tools, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and LearnByAi. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms and Scope
These terms govern access to all functional routes within LearnByAi's unified document interface, which supports the following document types:

- —Legal analysis and contracts
- —Study and learning accelerators
- —Medical reports
- —Construction and freelance scopes
- —Human resources workspace
- —Financial statements and ledger indexing
Anonymous-First Identity and Session Responsibility
LearnByAi provides immediate access to document tools without requiring account registration. You are responsible for understanding the implications of this session model:
A. Session Preservation
Local browser token
Your workspace is linked to a browser-generated local token (anonymous_id). If you clear your browser data, local storage, or application cache, your session links will be permanently unrecoverable.
B. Hard Deletion Lifecycle
Cascading data removal
If you explicitly delete a document, all underlying rows in Supabase, vector points in Qdrant, and source files in Cloudinary are permanently purged immediately. The platform then provisions a fresh session reference automatically.
Fair Use and Rate Boundaries
To ensure stable, fair access across all users, you agree not to:
- 01Deploy automated scrapers, continuous scripts, or repetitive programmatic requests designed to overwhelm our chat or parsing infrastructure.
- 02Attempt to reverse-engineer our document parsing mechanics or inject malicious payload logic into text-extraction workflows.
- 03Exceed the tiered usage limits enforced by our system. Violations may result in immediate API throttling or session termination.
Ownership and Asset Governance
Your Data
LearnByAi claims zero proprietary rights over any documents, text, metadata, or conversational content processed through your pipeline. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have full rights to all content you upload.
Our Platform
All user interfaces, application logic, design assets, logos, branding, and system configurations are the exclusive property of LearnByAi and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Billing, Wallet, and Service Changes
LearnByAi runs on a pay-as-you-go wallet model. There are no recurring subscriptions — you optionally add funds and balances are deducted only when you use a paid action.
Wallet top-ups
Funds added to your wallet do not expire and are only deducted when you use a metered action (such as sending a message or uploading beyond your free allowance).
Manual top-up review
Top-ups submitted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or bank transfer are reviewed and credited manually — processing time may vary.
Pricing adjustments
Free-tier allowances and per-action pricing may be updated at any time via database configuration without requiring a code deployment.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident topping up your wallet. Our refund rules are straightforward:
Unused balance
If you have not used any part of a wallet top-up, you may request a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase.
Partially used balance
If part of a top-up has already been spent on metered actions, only the remaining, unused balance is eligible for a refund. Charges for actions already delivered (messages, exports, document processing, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
How to request
Email security@learnbyai.app with your account details and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed back to the original card or payment method used at checkout.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
LearnByAi is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we use premium infrastructure — including OpenAI, Qdrant, and Cloudinary — we do not guarantee that AI outputs will be perfectly accurate or error-free.
Liability Notice
LearnByAi explicitly disclaims liability for AI hallucinations, text extraction inaccuracies, or data loss caused by clearing local browser storage.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Revisions take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of LearnByAi following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
