Contracts, financial statements, medical records, employee data, and legal documents shared with Meta AI become part of your AI interaction history, which Meta can use to improve its models. There is no opt-out for users in most countries, including Pakistan, India, and the United States.
EU and UK users have slightly stronger protections under GDPR and can file a formal objection to AI training use via WhatsApp's Settings. Most users worldwide do not have that option.
